GENERAL

Where are you licensed?: Bet Channel is licensed in Curacao.
Are my details safe and secure?: Yes, we keep all of your personal and payment information secure at all times. We promise to never share any of our customer data with third parties.

REGISTRATION

How do I join Bet Channel?: Click on the green Register Now button in the upper right-hand corner to complete the account registration process. Understand that we only allow one account per customer and it must be in your name. Please ensure you enter all your information accurately. Any duplicate or associated account(s) located will be suspended.
Is there a registration fee?: No, there is no fee to register.

DEPOSITS

How do I deposit?: First proceed to create an account from the green button located in the upper part of the screen. After creating your account, log in and from the available deposit methods select your prefer method and complete your deposit. Note that you are able to make a deposit via Bitcoin, ecoPayz, i-Wallet & STICPAY.
Why has my deposit failed?: Unfortunately, the banks and payment providers do not always tell us why your deposit failed. First things first, check you have entered the correct account details/card number – everyone makes a typo every now and then. If everything is correct and the deposit has still failed, please contact your bank or payment provider for more information.
Is there a currency conversion charge?: We do not charge a currency conversion fee, but please check with your payment provider in case they do.

WITHDRAWALS

Why has my withdrawal failed?: The most likely reason is that you are trying to withdraw an amount which is either above the balance in your account or above the withdrawal limit on your account. Either re-enter the amount or contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
How long does it take for my withdrawal to reach me?: We will process your withdrawal request ASAP however understand that it can take up to seven (7) working days for your money to reach your account based on your chosen withdrawal method. If you have any concerns please get in touch with us.
Why haven’t I received my withdrawal even though seven working days has transpired?: If after seven working days your money has still not reached you, get in touch and we will do everything in our power to sort this out.

VERIFICATION

What documentation do you require in order to have a veriﬁed account?: We’ll need for you to send us some documents such as a color copy of your passport, driving license or national ID card and a utility bill or bank/card statement to conﬁrm your age, name and residing location. Understand that until we’ve been able to fully verify you, we may have to put restrictions on your account.
